You can view and update details about your File 365 subscription, such as your credit card or other payment information, through the Salesforce AppExchange.
Before you start, make sure you have the Manage Billing Permission
1. Login to AppExchange
- Click your profile icon
- Go to My Installs & Subscriptions
- Find the File 365 listing
- Click the down arrow on the right
- Click Manage Subscriptions
2. In your subscription details, click Edit at the bottom.
3. Under Payment Details, you can find Payment Method
4. Click Edit payment to update your credit card details.
