Per User licenses
After installation it is easy to adjust the number for monthly Per User licenses, up or down. Follow these instructions to adjust the number of licenses per month in the AppExchange by yourself.
Yearly Per User licenses can be increased throughout the year, for the remaining of the contract period. To downgrade is possible, but it will take effect only at the start of the new contract period.
Unlimited Site license
The Site license is an organization-wide, yearly license, for an unlimited number of users. There is no need to purchase additional licenses, nor is any extra administrative handling needed.
30-day trial
You can install File 365 in your Org or in a Sandbox. When you install File 365 in your Org you will have a 30-day trial period. In a sandbox the license will not expire for testing purposes.
Non-profit discount
FILE 365 is used by various non-profit organizations at a reduced rate. We make a small contribution towards a better world by supporting parties that do not have a primary profit motive.
