That a solution that combines Salesforce and Microsoft 365 has many merits for you as an entrepreneur needs little convincing. We also don’t need to explain what those benefits are. Whether you save a document in Salesforce or in SharePoint, a smart solution synchronizes both ways. When you add a file to a Salesforce record it is immediately moved to SharePoint. That should work the other way too: if you upload a file in a SharePoint folder, it needs to be added to and displayed in the related Salesforce record. Whatever direction you come from and whatever your mindset, you should always find your file. Regardless of the type.
3. Easy collaboration
A smart solution supports you in online collaboration with colleagues. You can simply open your Microsoft 365 files from Salesforce and collaborate with colleagues in real-time, with all the smart functionalities of the Microsoft 365 applications and SharePoint, including version control.
4. Security is well organized
Security is a high priority in every organization. If your solution combines the power of Salesforce with the advanced security options of SharePoint, it can save you a lot of headaches. By not storing files in folders, but on separate SharePoint sites, you can fine-tune security.
5. Functional on various devices
Today we are used to being able to access our files anywhere and at any time. At the office behind the desktop or laptop, or in the evening on the couch with the smartphone in hand. A smart solution therefore works on all devices, directly from the Salesforce app.
6. Choose the right partner
