With the File 365 Salesforce SharePoint integration app, your files are stored in a pre-defined folder location within SharePoint. When you upload a file to a Salesforce record, it is moved to this designated SharePoint location, and a reference to the file is created in Salesforce.

The specific location in SharePoint can be configured by your File 365 administrator. It can be set up as a SharePoint site or a folder within a site. This setup allows for better organization and security management of your files.

Physically, all files exist only in SharePoint. This storage capacity in SharePoint does not count in Salesforce.

If you need more detailed information or assistance with the configuration, it might be helpful to contact your SharePoint or Salesforce administrator.
