If you want to end your File 365 subscription, you can cancel your subscription directly on the AppExchange. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the contract term. Note that the Manage Billing User permission is needed to manage your AppExchange subscription.
- Log in to AppExchange.
- From the user profile menu, click My Installs & Subscriptions.
- In the overview, find the File 365 listing.
- From the dropdown list, select Manage Subscription.
- Click End Subscription, and then confirm the cancellation.
